Do you offer a free trial for CCX Cloud?

Do you charge for inter-AZ traffic?
Yes.
How does ClusterControl billing work?
ClusterControl is billed according to node count for all plans. Billing term is monthly for Self-serve plans and annual for standard Advanced and Enterprise plans.
What is considered a node for billing?
A node is a database instance, i.e., a unique server running on a host. For example, if you have one MySQL and one MongoDB instance running on a server, that would count as two nodes. Each ProxySQL instance is also counted as a licensed node.
Are there discounts available?
Yes, there are multi-year and volume discounts available for Advanced and Enterprise plans.
How is the Self-Serve plan different than the standard ones?
The Self-serve license provides all of the features of the Advanced plan; but it is a node-limited (up to 5 nodes), monthly pay-as-you-go license with community support.
I’m using the Community license, how do I upgrade?
Yes, moving to Self-service, Advanced or Enterprise plans is easy. For Self-serve, there is an upgrade button in the UI. You can contact [email protected] for the others.
